• Orders can also be placed via email or phone, with confirmation provided upon receipt.

• While we do our best to keep everything in stock some products do vary. If your order includes an item that is out of stock we will call or email you with alternative options to make sure you get the tools for your project.

• Prices for all products/tools are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
• Any applicable taxes and shipping costs will be clearly communicated during the ordering process and be clearly shown on your invoice.

4. Payment Methods:

• We accept payments via Credit Card, E-Transfer, and secure payment links.
• Payment is required in full at the time of placing the order.

7. Shipping:

• From South America to Southeast Asia, we ship all over the world!  Most of our customers can be found in North America and Europe. However, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, if we can get it to you we will ship it!
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process.
• Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

At  Log Building Tools we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

• You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Items must be unused.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items are not eligible for return due to safety or hygiene reasons, including but not limited to opened power tools, used blades, and customized products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Logbuildingtools.ca ships with whichever carrier offers the most cost effective option for our customers. Please note, if you need an order shipped to a PO Box, Canada Post is the only option. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside of our control. We appreciate your patience.

Insurance:

• For orders valuing $1,000 or more (or at your discretion), we recommend purchasing additional liability coverage. Canada Post Priority™, Xpresspost™, and Expedited Parcel™ services (including Prepaid products) include up to $100 liability coverage against loss, damage or COD service failure. However, additional coverage will be left to the discretion of purchaser and should be communicated to us prior to payment.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and your location. All advertised prices do not include freight.

Order Tracking:
