How it Works In Three Simple Steps:
- Overlap: Overlap the two broken ends of the steel tape or your replacement tape end by about a half-inch.
- Punch: Squeeze the pliers together and the tool’s punch feature to create two holes through both layers of the tape. Now your Ready for rivets!
- Rivet: Place the rivets on the tool’s anvil, position the rivets in the punched holes, and squeeze firmly to lock them in place.
